Our Hire 32,132 Subsidised	Sprowston-Thorpe Hamlet-City Centre-Tuckswood-Keswick	Timetable and route changed: Greenborough Road and Hammond Way withdrawn. Nearest, alternative stops are on Salhouse road and Sale Road for services 5,10A (previously 11c and 23A. Section of route from Harvey Lane-Pilling Park-City Centre withdrawn and replaced by the more frequent Konect 9. Section of route around Cannerby Lane and Corbet Avenue withdrawn and replaced by the more frequent Konect 10A (previously 11C) Rouen Road, Towers withdrawn from route due to extremely low usage. Increased frequency for remainer of route (Borrowdale Drive, Cotman fields, Tuckswood and Keswick hall) Service re-routed via entire length of Harvey Lane (previously Konect 9) Carrow Park added to route providing a new link to City Centre
Our Hire 80 Subsidised	Wroxham-Aylsham-Reepham-Dereham	Service withdrawn and replaced by Konect 18 and 19, see below. Hindolveston withdrawn and not replaced due to no usage.
First Excel	Norwich-Dereham-Kings Lynn	Minor timetable revisions, and service withdrawn from Norwich Railway Station
First 7 Part subsidised	Gt Yarmouth-Filby-Norwich	Timetable revised (put back 10 minutes) to ensure connections for Martham and Hemsby passengers on the service 1,1A at Caister, following service 717 withdrawal, Monday to Friday
First 23,24	Costessey-City Centre-Thorpe	Addition of 0745 Costessey to City Centre journey to address overloading
Konect 2 Part subsidised	Potter Heigham-Wroxham-Rackheath-Dussindale-City Centre-Eaton	Timetable and route changed: Renumbered, previously 5B and 717. Withdrawn from Stalham and Catfield (now served by service 10) Subsidised hourly extensions to Potter Heigham and Ludham are being trialled following the withdrawal of the 717 service. Journeys between Ludham and Stalham can be done on Sanders X6.
Konect 4 Part Subsidised	Dereham- Mattishall-N&UH-Norwich	Revised timetable and route: More journeys re-routed via UEA rather than Cringleford
Konect 5	Rackheath-Norwich	Minor timetable changes to improve reliability
Konect 5B	Stalham to Eaton	Renumbered 2 and 10, See 2 and 10 for details
Konect 8	Dereham-Norwich	Minor timetable changes to improve reliability. 8C Norwich to Easton College added (previously part of 5B timetable)
Konect 9 Subsidised	Plumsteads-City Centre-Cringleford	Route amended: Withdrawn from southern part of Harvey Lane (See Our Hire 32 for replacement) and re-routed through Pilling Park-Wolfe Road – Quebec etc (previously on Our Hire 32) PM peak journeys to Plumsteads changed from 2 journeys at 1610 & 1820 to 3 journeys at 1610,1720 and 1845
Konect 10	Stalham-Norwich	Previously numbered 11B and 5B. Now revised to provide a Catfield-Stalham to Norwich direct hourly service. BSIP funded evening journeys added. 2120 from Stalham to Norwich and 2015 and 2215 from Norwich to Stalham.
Konect 10A	Heartsease-Sprowston-City Centre	Previously numbered 11C. Timetable revised to operate Monday-Friday off peak only to reflect past demand. Cannerby Lane and Corbet Avenue added to service, providing them with more journeys, previously on Our Hire 32
Konect 17 Subsidised	Hingham area to Dereham. Tuesday and Friday only	TESCO at Dereham added to route
Konect 18 Subsidised	Foulsham to Dereham. Tuesday and Friday only	Route revised to include Bawdeswell and Foulsham, providing them with an additional day (Tuesday) of transport. North Tuddenham, Lyng and Elsing withdrawn and added to new 19 route
Konect 19 Subsidised	Wroxham-Aylsham-Reepham-Dereham. Friday only	Previously operated by Our Hire. Bawdeswell and Foulsham area withdrawn from route and North Tuddenham, Lyng and Elsing added, previously on service 18.
Konect 30A Part Subsidised	Elsing-Drayton-Norwich	Revised timetable providing 1 less journey, Elsing added to route
Konect 50 Subsidised	Mousehold-City Centre	Previously numbered 10: Minor time changes
Konect 85 Subsidised	Surlingham and Rockland – Norwich	1449 to Norwich now operates all year round (previously just in school holidays) Additional early evening journey to Norwich added arriving in Norwich at 1925
Konect 717	Hemsby-Wroxham-Norwich	Timetable revised to only operate limited journeys on Saturdays. Monday-Friday journeys for Potter Heigham and Ludham are now increased to hourly on service 2. Martham and Hemsby passengers can use services 1,1A and connect to a revised service 7 at Caister. Monday to Friday journeys for Winterton withdrawn due to extremely low usage. Wroxham and Sprowston covered by service 10 and various other services.
Coach Services 37A Subsidised	East Harling-Norwich	Saturdays added to service, previously operated by Simonds. More journeys provided

Simonds 86 Subsidised	Bergh Apton – Norwich, Saturdays only	Service withdrawn due to very low usage
Sunbeam 1 Subsidised	Aldborough-Aylsham	Timetable revised, Calthorpe and Erpingham withdrawn, Aylsham town served better
Sunbeam 1A Subsidised	Tuttington-Badersfield-Aylsham	Times revised, The Poplars, Swanton Abbott withdrawn
